Will we get in trouble if we use a nursery name and it isn’t trademarked. I know some people do but I don’t always have the greatest luck. I have thought of 2, Estelle’s Babies or La Nursery de Estelle. My name is french even though nursery is in english. I want to start labeling my pictures but don’t want to get in any trouble. I have googled it and neither one seemed to be used.
Very few reborn nursery names have been trademarked. If you don’t see anyone else using those names, then go ahead and claim it for yourself.

I did a search on facebook, instagram, google before choosing my nursery name 
If you find nothing when you search then go ahead!

For mine I just did some Google searches and what not before choosing. That way I didn’t steal anyone’s name. Once I picked it, I made sure to make accounts everywhere for my nursery so that if someone else googled it, it would come up and they could choose a different name for theirs.

Make accounts where? Lol I have never sold anything or made a page.
There were a few pages with lists when I was deciding… but I recently looked at them again and the websites were no longer paid for/existing… 
Facebook, instagram, youtube, my own website ect.

You should also register the name you choose as domain; that is a good way to find out if somebody already has the name. That way you also have it if you want to set up a website.
