Hello.
Just have a nu wave oven for baking. It doesn’t have levels on it. Just set temperature and minutes. What temperature is best and how many minutes? Do you change it when you want to bake after varnish?

I usually bake on 265 for 8 minutes. I would use a thermometer when baking.

I also use 265 for 8 minutes, but I have a thermometer inside to make sure it reaches at least 250+.

I recently got one and use 265 for 8 mins. I have no thermometer but seems to work perfectly for me.

For my Nuwave I use temp button #6 for 8 minutes to get the GHSP curing temperature. Works for me! #6 is about 265 degrees.

It must vary from one oven to the next… I have several of the ones with number selection and “7” was what I had to use to get to 250-265.

I use 275 for 8 min, but my thermometer shows 265 for last 2 min.
So it depends on your oven and I believe on how heavy it lined up inside.
