I have two of this kit and have no clue who this is. It only has HQ078 on the head and limbs. It is an older kit. Thanks in advance.
This might be a Chinese factory kit.
It reminds me of this old kit I reborned years ago when I first started. Sold this one in 2008. It was a kit I got I think from Doll dreams. Maybe a Sebilla Bos kit? I have name as Suki on the page but that is not necessarily her kit name because back then we gave our babies fake names. I have no idea who she is but I think it might be her.

Now that I think about it, it might be a kit made by Cathy Rowland. She was a sculptor way back in the early days. If your kit is the same as mine there, it is legit. I just can’t say for sure who.
