I put my Nod on a 3/4 limb cloth body with Teagan limbs because I think Nod’s limbs, hands and feet are too fat for the size of him. What size diaper will fit but cover the limb caps without coming down to his knees?

Newborn

I usually find size 1 is best.
You could order a few newborn and size 1 diapers from dollsbysandie.com and see what fits best if you are unsure. 
I think it might depend on how you stuff the body. The size 1 would give plenty of diaper coverage, but may also be excessive
