Nice trinket idea for box openings

I am making these cute little pendants for my box openings. I tie them to canvas or burlap bags and voila….simple but classy wrapping. I also ordered personalized tissue paper for wrapping some of the items. You can see the tissue paper in the background of the pendant. Oh. And I ordered ribbon too. But this is about the pendants. They take about 15 seconds to make and are less than 40¢ each.

First, I ordered personalized 1” stickers from this Etsy seller.

Then I ordered 25mm cabochons and pendant blanks from Amazon.

All you have to do is stick the sticker on there, put a little bit of clear glue on it, and stick the cabochon on top. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

… Now about that paper

Here’s the tissue paper. I highly recommend it. It is super thick, more like high quality wrapping paper.

And here are my ribbons.

And I also ordered a couple of yards of this kind for prototype boxes

How big are they?

That box is 10x10x5. Booth is a 14 inch kit. So I wrapped her in her small blanket and sat her in the box with her legs to the side. That size baby fit perfectly. But for bigger babies the box would be good for accessories. I normally wouldn’t spend that much. But Jamie Lynn Powers sculpted the kit and bought my version of the prototype. So I wanted her box opening to be super nice.
