Needle on vinyl

help, a needle tip was buried in the vinyl, passed the finger and I can feel it but can not see, how do I get it?

Can you stick another needle through and try to push it out on the other side?

thank you between me and my husband we took it out, he made it inside the vinyl and I with a craft clip we took it out😲
