Needle for rooting lashes?

Hi, what needle should I buy to root lashes? Is a fine needle better?

It depends on your mohair but usually a 42 crown works well, at least for me. Holes are smaller.

I use the pink Heavenly Illusions needles for head and lashes.

I use pink heavenly illusions too. But every now and then I come across eyes that won’t grab the hair. So for those I use a spiral needle.

It depends on what type of fiber I’m using, if I’m using mohair I use a 42g crown, if I’m using alpaca I use a 46g. You want to use a fine needle so you don’t get large holes in the lids, but need to make sure it’s the right size for the type of fiber so you don’t have issues with hairs not grabbing and making extra holes or hair slipping out if your needle is too big.
