Do the numbers match on the arms? They dont seem to be Paige’s kit arms.
The limbs might be from Molly

Page, not the cutest baby, and the older ones had some very orange vinyl. I made her into a mermaid, sewed a tail and glued it on her. Some times the oddest kits make the coolest babies. I love seeing the variations.

Those are not Paige’s original limbs but they should match just fine to make the baby.
