No I didn’t use linseed oil. I did in the early stages and funny enough those reborns are fine, but no I dont think I used it on him as I only reborned him 3 years ago but I can’t say 100% but pretty sure I didn’t.

I have stripped him and have applied 2 thin smooth layers of matte varnish, I found a little extra varnish I didn’t know I had. So I will start painting him again. With the varnish on his head I hope I don’t have a problem micro rooting him, I do use a lamp. Hopefully, the vinyl now it’s been stripped and sealed will be ok.

Thank you, I am struggling to get the paint to even cover the yellow, but will persist, I put violet on to try and cover the yellow but didn’t really work that well either but will keep going hopefully I get coverage in the end.

I have just done the final seal on Ethon, he’s looking good and hoping having sealed the vinyl before painting him will resolve any further issues. I still have to micro root him, but have big Brooklyn to micro root ahead of him, but once he’s finished I will put up a pic.
