If you want to go with a reborn specific paint, try RebornFX from Macphersons (I don’t recommend their mediums), otherwise try Golden fluid (highly recommend) or Liquitex soft body (if they have those anymore, Im thinking they discontinued that line?). I mix my washes with Golden satin glazing liquid (LOVE this stuff), a tiny bit of Golden retarder, and I use a mix of Golden wetting agent and distilled water. I use the wetting agent and water like thinner. You only need a very small amount of wetting agent so a small bottle lasts a long time. I put a tiny squirt in the bottom of an old varnish bottle and fill the rest with distilled water…with this mix you can make very thin washes without compromising the integrity of your paints.

This lady formulated these paints to be more like the colors of Genesis without the heat set. She is very fast shipping – like BB. She is very good to work with, and can mix colors you need if you don’t have them. I know a lot of people can mix their own, but I can’t. So she has helped me with that. Very helpful.
