A buyer wants white milk spots on her custom babys nose I looked at the one post with a few turorials but im not able to get to any. says cant be reach Any suggestion how to do them white and thicking would be appreciated

I do mine with nail tip color with a toothpick. If they’re too white I do a flesh wash over them.

I have used the broken rooters for separating hairs i just havent done the milk spots before i dont find them attractive but this is request soo…have to
Might try one for nails i get them too wide sometimes…
