Mixing emulsion (Or something else) with primer?

I use Rebornfx and I’m low on primer. Can I mix in emulsion, dilutent or water (or something else) to make it go further?

I use Waterborne air dry paints and I don’t Prime my kits at all. You could just skip priming.

I have thinned it down a little with distilled water before. Seemed to do fine if not thinned too much. Emulsion would probably be fine to mix in too as you just want to seal off the vinyl so it takes the paint better. I know you can use Fluid Matte Medium from Golden as a primer and Emulsion is very similar.
