I reapplied colors so now should I reapply Matt varnish ? Or is it not necessary ?
You need to reapply it so you can seal the paint that you just painted.

How many times do I rebake to seal the Matt? thank you!
I do 3 bakes on 265 for 8 minutes turning the pieces over each bake and letting them cool in between bakes.
