How long before you should get invoiced for shipping after ordering from Macphersons? I ordered around 5pm last night and I still haven’t been invoiced. Is that normal? I have only ordered of $100 from them so I don’t know how this works lol.

Shipping is free over 100$, so you will not receive any further invoice !

It took a couple days for them to invoice me when I bought rooting needles and hair. Shipping was a little steep IMHO from canada to ny so if I ever order from there again it would be over $100. I wasn’t a huge fan of the wait time for them to package and weigh my order and invoice me

I ordered on Sunday and didn’t get a confirmation until yesterday at 7:23 PM.

Thanks guys. This is my first time ordering under $100. I’m in Canada so shipping doesn’t take long but I really need the stuff I ordered so I’m hoping they hurry up and send these invoice lol
I’m in Canada too. I would have expected it first thing in the morning not the end of the day. Same thing happened with my last order.

I hate waiting to find out how much it’s going to cost. I want to pay for everything and be done with it.

Me too. I like ordering from BB because I know the shipping is $30 no matter what but sometimes that’s just to much money for shipping lol

Maybe you should check in with them. That’s a long time to just be waiting for an invoice.
How would I do that? Is there an email or something that I can contact them by?
