The last 3 times i’ve ordered from them my package came the next day and i live in texas. I always order over $100 so it’s free shipping but it’s great to have the package sent overnight with free shipping.

I don’t know for US but they change their carrier here from FedEx to UPS. It was usually 2-3days (I am in Quebec) and now I receive it next day. Awesome !

I am in Vancouver BC … takes a few days . I am sad they changed the carrier … even there is a note for mail delivery not to leave my parcel in front if the door they don’t care just drop the box and run away …

I’ve never ordered from there before I only ordered from dolls so real and irresistible and bountiful baby. I will definitely have to save like $150 when I can to order I would love to paint another twin a and b again sometime also.
First time with them they left my box on the same address…just wrong street

Well … Machpersons is good the carriers have to improve a lot.
I mean if there is a note on it why ??? You live it open the door…? I am willing to walk and pick up from a UPS office or FedEx …
Luckily nothing went missing …,so far …,fingers crossed will never happens

I don’t mind have them let it on the porch, they are not the only ones that do that, FedEx too. We have no theif here. I would love to see the face of someone stealing package and find vinyl doll parts…
I have! Unfortunately where I lived before the neighbors weren’t so honest and the UPS guy left my package at the door next to mine and I just so happened to walk outside once I seen it said delivered but no knock on the door and the guy was opening the box, seen a doll arm (was a finished baby) and THREW the box!!
Oh that’s terrible ! He must have been scared ! Good for him ! I hope he got nightmares. Hope the doll was not damaged !
