Just wanted to post an update. I ordered two kits from Phil Donnelly which came from Ireland. I received it a couple days ago. It took 2 weeks and shipping cost 20 iep. The exchange rate was $27.58.
It was a little back & forth because on the website the shipping charge was higher. So I had to contact her for adjustment. Very pleasant transaction, which brings me to another question about kit prices. New thread!
