I just made a big order as they give a “surprise” kit with all order of 300$+. I am a bit nervous, I have never done such a big order (remember I am Canadian so it’s 375$ for me).
I just hope the kit will worth it. I hope it’s not one of their cheap “always on sale” kit.
Do someone have ordered in their deal and got the free kit ? Have you received it ? If so who was it ?

A couple of years ago they had a deal where you spent $200ish (I don’t remember the exact number) and you got a free kit. I got Sarah Sanchez. So yeah…in that case it was just a free every day sale kit. But hopefully they give a better kit for spending $300.
I can live with a Sanchi, Kewy or DeLange kit, but not the Manolo dolls. Or Iris Klement. Well, I will see soon enough I guess. Whatever it is, I will try to get the best of it.
I’ve often wondered who buys excuse me, those awful Manolo dolls? Now ill be embarrassed if 20 folks write on here “how dare I say that about those pretty, cute dolls”?

I have bought 2 heads. They where cheap and I wanted to see what I could do with them. Never again. The vinyl is dark and oily. Very oily. I still haven’t sold them. I think they turned out cute and could be a good option for children but I don’t want to paint one again !
I bought 2 of the heads to make cuddle babies for my granddaughter and great niece. Here’s my great niece on her 1st birthday with hers. She loves it. My granddaughter likes hers too. But I don’t have any pics of her with hers.
I think they make cute play dolls.
Yep. That’s about it. Play dolls only. I don’t picture any adult collectors wanting those dolly faces.

How is the vinyl on that one? I’ve looked at those kits and thought they would make cute budget babies. Someone like you could make it a cute high end baby.
So I got my kit. It’s Layla by Suzette Du Plessis. It’s a limited edition, so not too bad ! I dislike her hands so much, it looks like claws😖 but the vinyl is nice and soft, dark but not too oily.
*Rectification : it’s say on their site that’s an open edition but I got a 306/1000 COA, so not sure. Naturally it’s one of their on sale kit. What did I expected
