The Last Coat is a very thick application and it is not meant to be used as a final seal or all over the doll. You have to put sealer over it. I have used it on hair to try to created some texture and personally did not care for it. However, if you take some sealer and seal over it that will take away the tacky feel of it. I ended up going over mine with the Plaid Outdoor Matte Sealer but you can use the Plaid Glass and Tile Medium instead if you have that, or the Baby FX final sealer mix or whatever final sealer you prefer to use.
