Well he hated my puglet!!! He put him right back into the box and covered him with the paper I wrapped him with. He just seemed annoyed, and said… One of your dolls, really??? Poor little pugling!!! I also bought him a beautiful Italian murano glass sculpt, red and shaped roughly like a heart. ️ That he liked​:heart:️ He must of forgotten today was Valentine’s Day!! Even though I reminded him a lot of times!!!

Yes, please!!! I told him it’s not a baby doll… That is a DOG. He said yeah, a dog with a monkey hat on its head and it’s wearing clothes. I said… Oh, because I thought he could be your Harley buddy and he could come with you when you ride. I said it totally serious, he looked like I had finally lost my mind. Lol whatever!!! That’s the last time I’ll make him a doll or dog!!! Lololololol that will teach him!

I have one thing to say about this…Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr…ok well actually I have two things to say…Mr Rotko…you need to realize that one day you will look around and there will be no Nikki…There are lots of NICE men who would love to have as BEAUTIFUL thoughtful a wife like yours…One day you’ll find you are no longer the centre of her universe! - Nikki is a beautiful lady…inside and out…that is a rare find…She must love you a lot to have taken the time to make that little pug for you with all she does…Pity, you can’t get past the macho male egotistical BC to appreciate the love and thought …

Thank you Starr! Lucky for me I wasn’t raised to be rude. I would of thought of his time and effort had he cared enough to even write a card for me. He and I see the world very differently these days. Something good comes out of all things… And I have developed a very thick skin. Honestly, this didn’t phase me. I know I did a good thing and well… He didn’t. Lesson learned. Oh well!!! I don’t wish ill will on anyone… But I do hope karma exists!!! ️:grinning:️:grinning:

I do know what you mean about the thick skin…I developed it too though an abusive first marriage…I was a young 18 year old girl who was raised in the most loving family in the whole world…my parents adore each other so it was devastating when I found out that my parents were the exception, not the rule…lol The great thing is I have absolutely no feeling for him whatsoever…he killed them all…I don’t even hate him…he means no more to me than any strange man walking down the street…You sort of become an M & M …hard shell on the outside but soft in the middle…It is a survive mechanism that falls in place for some of us…Those type males will either make you tougher or break you if you love them and let them.

Anyway, I love your little pug and the Sock monkey hat is the cutest (I use to collect sock monkeys an still have a few of them as well as a sock monkey hat I wear in the winter…hahahaha! I know, I will never grow up…lol so I think he looks adorable… he will make a totally adorable mascot at your job!..lol If it were me, I would make him a little dog tag or collar and have your hubby’s name put on it…and make a little dog house and put him in it…cause that is where he needs to be at the moment…lol

Not to sound overly dramatic, but @Nikkiroc it made me sad hearing about your what your husband did. I don’t know you personally, but just talking with you here on the forum you’re always kind, helpful and you have this crazy fun energy that always makes me smile when I read your posts/responses. It’s the type of person & personality that should be celebrated and treasured, not taken for granted. I don’t know your hubby either and of course would never wish him any harm, but Karma does exist and when it finally catches up to him I hope it’s kinder to him than he is to you. You Keep Smiling and don’t let him get you down.
