In my experience yes. It doesn’t flash off so the paint is easily smudged until baked.

I love this kit! Can’t wait to see 
My Leviathin. He’ll be a 1/4 limb cuddle baby. He’s fair skinned but not quite this pale. he looks much more alive in person. Still needs hair and brows.

I know! I thought the hair was rooted in the first picture. It was only when I saw it from the second angle that I knew it was painted. So good!
