@Evee I love experimenting with different mediums on our dollies! I can’t wait to see Li completed! He is looking good!
She looks like such a happy little sweetheart
I’m currently working on Laila, Dominic awake, and Meki Stoete as customs. Dominic is a little farther along , but still very much a WIP.
I love his eyes! His lips look good too! I hardly recognized him!
Thank you
They are German glass!
I live his creamy soft colors
Thank you. I am done except for touch ups. So far soft pastel chalk is holding up. We will see long term. He is going to my sister in law, my brother that passed away, his wife.
Here is what I used for blushing and creases. You can grind with an Emory board and mix colors. I got them half off at hobby lobby. I can’t recommend doing this if you sell babies because I do not know how it will look over long term.
I’d love to try it!
What is a Emory board ?
I don’t see why they can’t last, as long as they are properly sealed. Can’t be worst than makeup powders. I have eard of people using pastels before.
Emory board is a nail file. Basically sand paper. You can use sand paper also. You can get a package pretty cheap from Dollar tree or dollar general.
Apparently I am allergic to coastal scents powder. It burns my skin and my fingers bleed. I had to find an alternative. So far my skin isn’t burning or bleeding using soft pastel sticks.
That sounds horrible!
I painted him two years ago and took him out a week ago so he could grow hair and lashes. He’s a bit too pink but that was the phase I was in back then.
I don’t ordinarily do scratches on my babies but his kit came with some green marks. Photo shoot is tomorrow.
It is and very painful.
I love him!
Adorable!
