I have painted several silicones. I painted a first layer on a BB kit and leftover paint has not hardened. Obviously I didn’t mix A and B equally. Now what do I do? I never had this happen before.

Take some NOVOCS gloss and wipe it all off with wedges. Do not scrub when using the NOVOCS as it does open up the pores of the silicone and you do not want to damage the casting. It will take patience to get all the uncured residue off. You can also use 99% alcohol to clean it to a point but you will want to end with some NOVOCS to be sure to get the last layer of it off.
