I use Arianna legs and a 30" body I designed for all my my Jannie de Lange toddlers and buy 12 mo for the girls and 18 mo for the boys (because of the rise length on boys shortalls and longalls) not sure if you use the original legs and body they call for, maybe 6 or 9 mo???

I did some googling and saw 6 month size given, but I’m knitting an outfit…I think I’ll make it a size larger. I like it to look loose rather than tight.
