I have been sitting at 851 reward points for awhile now…I preordered 5 Aprils, and a grace, none of the points are showing up yet in my rewards. I paid them all in full and received the kits…but no points. Does anyone have any experience how long it takes them to show up in your account? It’s been about a month since I paid off the April kits. I have emailed them but I don’t ever get a response. Been waiting to cash in the rewards for the $55 coupon but cant until i get the points from the preorders.

Try calling they always pick up.

Same happened to me. I sent an email and they got back with me in a few days. Said on preorders they have to enter points manually. They did make it right on mine, try calling them.

Yes I had the same thing on my last three pre orders I emailed and they added them manually .
