I placed an order on eBay but the seller was irresistables. I ordered a startup baby fx kit. Well after I bought it I read the description which was totally different than the pictures or title. The description said it was for the hair painting kit. So I emailed to question and she said she sent my order with 5-6 extra colors and some eyebrows and birthmarks to play around with to make it right. That was before I even questioned it. That blew me away, just when I thought customer service was dead anymore. Won my business forever.
That’s awesome! I love irrestables too. I met the owner at ROSE last year and she’s very nice. We had a nice chat and she gave me a free pair of glass eyes for one of the kits I bought from her(Katie Marie timmerman)
Isn’t that great! That’s the way to do business. I have gotten so used to bad service that when you get good service you are just on shock lol.
Not sure you noticed or have seen but on their website, you have to choose you shipping choice, but after $100 it is free. But isnt automatic so make sure to select it, there is a drop down once there is enough in your cart.

I recently placed an order for some supplies from there. They sent the wrong quantity or one of the more expensive items, so I sent an email. A very nice lady got back to me quickly apologizing and explaining that they were short of staff at the moment. She then sent the missing items first class so I got them two days later.
This is definitely a company that I don’t mind doing business with.

@Sony72 I just got my baby fx paints, I believe you use them too. The slow dry, can that be duplicated with a product locally or do I have to purchase the baby fx specific kind? I hope that made sense…Thanks!
