Tootie - New Clown Kit!

We are excited to introduce our newest kit, Tootie, sculpted by Kelly RuBert. Our first ever Tootie prototype was perfectly reborn by Sarah Mellman. Sarah’s version of Tootie is absolutely adorable, this is such a fun look for her! There is so much that can be done with this sweet kit.

Tootie’s kit will be about 20 inches or 21 inches long depending on your body choice for her. I am excited about the boots… but the rest isn’t my cup of tea. I hope I like the other clown kits better.

Yes! I am starting to see some Killer Clowns in my future. I have been thinking about doing evil/zombie clowns eventually and these are going to be perfect! I can’t wait to see them all! I hope at least one is sleeping. :clown_face::revolving_hearts::clown_face:

The actual sculpt is very different looking than the prototype, which looks like Raggedy Ann.

The kit itself has a round nose, etc.

I was intrigued… but really dislike the way her ears are…

Doesnt mean I wont take on the challenge some day but I really hope the others are cuter (to me). The boots are cute though! :wink:

The ears are very low and tilted.:thinking:
I think the face is cute otherwise.
The boots are going to limit fashion choices.

I think a clown head would be a great candidate for a cuddle body too, or even a body with the clown costume as a part of it. Maybe I’m just thinking of this because it reminds me of a rag doll clown I made as a kid.

This kit has that old Donna Rubert porcelain look where they are lacking details seen today on reborn kits. The hands have that very “dolly” look to them like hers do. I don’t like the drooped ears either they give it more of an animal look and the outline around the mouth looks like it should be painted in like a clown but the prototype did not do that so it is just distracting to me. It sets off my OCD I think! LMBO!
