There’s a pretty graphic blow up sex doll smack in the middle of the reborn dolls on Etsy. I reported it. It would be good if other people did, too.

One of the sellers is BeYou12. There were several more. I asked that this seller be removed and blocked from listing. IDK if it will make any difference but I tried. I will report more as I see them.

Are they handmade ?
I don’t mind having that or sex toys on Etsy, but maybe not mixed with the reborns.

It was most likely either listed by the seller to get attention to their product or somehow Etsy’s listing system included it in an inappropriate place.
I am not sure what reserch term you have used but I don’t see anything like that when I search for reborn doll or reborn baby.
I saw a lot of other type of dolls that don’t belong with reborns but nothing shocking or unusual.
They’re not handmade. They’re still on Etsy but not with the reborns so apparently my reporting them did make a difference.
