This one’s hard. The only thing I can think of, is the lips look like Sharlamae by Bonnie Brown. But, I don’t know if that kit would cut it

It is me. I want to do it for my sister who is 5 1/2 years older than me. She thought I was a brat growing up. We are so close now. It is a joke for her. Her birthday is this month which I know I can’t get it ready for her by then with my new grandbaby coming a week from Tuesday. I want to also do my sister as a baby for her granddaughter who has two of my dolls.
