I got baby Kyrie asleep today and....:(

I’m hoping someone here can help me.

I received my dream reborn today and I’m sad and disappointed.

She’s weighed oddly and heavily. I can only make her sit with effort. She has a hunchback, literally. Her head lolls. The ends of the zip ties around the openings of her cloth body are visible and I’m worried they will scratch whatever part of her body comes in contact with it. She’s missing any kind of paint (I’m not sure if that’s the correct word.) around her neck and in certain creases on her body. You can see the plastic under the neck where it’s attached to her body (Maybe because her head is too heavy and is pulling on it.)

I was already attached to this reborn and now I understand how people can not feel affection towards one that is not what they expected.

What do I do?

I’d definitely like to get her re-weighted, but what do I do about the rest (zip ties, no color in creases, seeing plastic in neck)?

Please help. I spent close to $400 on this doll, but more than that, I was looking so forward to getting her and now I’m not.

(I don’t want to return her to the artist to fix her because obviously she isn’t aware of these things being an issue, or she wouldn’t have sent her to me that way in the first place.)

She’s a newborn, they’re not designed to sit up. Many people weight the head heavier so you have to support it when holding them, like with a real newborn baby.

Do you have pictures of the zip ties and missing paint? The zip ties could be an easy fix.

There are three in three different topics. Guess she wasn’t sure where to get the best response
