How to seal prisma pencil

Can someone explain to me how to seal prisma pencil on vinyl without it smudging?

I pounce GSHP varnish on top of it, straight up and down. I have done the same with air dry decoart soft touch varnish

For dolls that I have done the painting with GHSP’s and have used Prisma pencils for the hair, I make a mixture of the thick medium and Genesys thinner (don’t use liquid thinner) and apply it with a fan brush, following the pattern of the hair and then heat it like a paint layer. It seals the pencil and gives it texture at the same time.

Some people bake it first.
I use air dry, so I never bake. I just pounce varnish straight on. It’s never smudged for me.
