How to put the platelets on?

I have ordered a couple of plates for front and back , how do you get them to fit and put them on when they just come as the front and not the back?

I have taken them after painting and heated up enough to run a skewer through the sides to make holes. Leave the plate to cool, then when you pull the skewer out it leaves a hole. Tie a skinny ribbon through each hole and then you can tie the plate on with the ribbon bow in the back of the baby.

I used a hole punch to make a hole and used string ties from the cloth bodies

I put holes in the shoulder tabs the belly sides and one in the crotch…. You can sting them together individually or use a long string or ribbon/elastic/shoelace to crisscross and weave them all together and tie in the middle

My strings weren’t long enough so I connected everything in the back with a safety-pin
