Help with Blinkin

Hello everyone, I am new to the forum. I would like to reborn Blinkin with a cloth body, but can’t find a neck flange. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you cut the shoulder section off the vinyl body you can use it as a flange.

I have some like this stored away somewhere. I’d have to check the size. Is this what you’re looking for? This is what we oldtimers used on the play dolls. I’d be happy to send you one if you’re not in a hurry.
