Help me find this artist!

I purchased this silicone baby head a few years back from someone that didn’t know who the artist was. I have finally put her together on a cuddle body (thank you to @CamsGigi) and have decided that I want to find the artist and see if she/he can match some limbs to the painted head.

This is the silicone head from the “Someone To Watch Over Me” sculpt by Tina Kewy. She is gorgeously painted. She is not for sale. Help me find the artist!!

It’s hard to tell who did this painting. Nothing really stands out. Ask Cheri Ziegra on FB. She isn’t painting anymore though because of her health.
