Yes I am…cannot use the sac magique any more now…but they came in a set of 2 so now I still have one left.!!
I am pretty sure you can buy the wheat by the pound at places like Whole Foods.
@flymetotheisle When you wanted to reheat it did you pour it back out into a bowl, nuke it and then pour back in? I have Sac Magique but only one rectangle which I won’t use for this but I’m curious.
Is it the same stuff that is in those heating pad bags? I guess it is unprocessed wheat? What do they call it in stores? No Whole Foods in Montreal but I’m sure someone else sells the stuff.
By the way Pia, it is nice to see you in the forum more often lately.
I turn on the heating pad, lay it in my rolled up blanket (I take a baby blanket starting at one end and roll it up almost all the way, then curl it into a circle shape, there’s a tut somewhere about it) then I lay the head down on the heating pad and wait about 10 minutes and then turn the head so I’m now rooting where it was warm and if I’m rooting the sides the the other side can be warming while I’m rooting.
Oh, okay. Thank you for clearing that up for me!
Hope I didn’t confuse you even more, reading back thru my directions sounds so confusing! It’s so hard to put into words sometimes!
This is how I roll my blanket up and use it to put my head in when rooting.
It’s at the bottom of the tut
