As long as you made the payment as purchase not personal transfer PP will refund as the seller does not have proof of shipment, unless they do and the parcel is stuck somewhere.

I never considered buying Sailor, but I took time to look up a video on the paint remover I have used and explaining it as well.and now I think what a waste. That person might have got the marker off or even be the one that put it on there. I had no clue the person was a scammer and I am so new here, that I didnāt even think about that person being new. I suspect you are right he will show up somewhere again.

Iām just going to say that I was naive and thought this person was legit lolā¦I didnāt want to buy Sailor but I thought he/she had good intentions. Obviously I canāt trust my own judgement!
