I was kind of planning to leave him bald. I was thinking his skin tone needed someting?
Maybe more blue and purple undertones? I can’t see if he has them already.
Eyelashes?
I think the painting looks really good. Maybe walk away for a day or so and come back to him?
I would give him more blue and purple undertones, a couple of pale pink layers and a few mottle layers of different skintone tones. Then I would either finish with a pale green wash or skintone wash depending on how he is looking.

Looks like paint is missing on right side of chin.
He’s adorable. Looks beautiful already. I agree maybe a bit more undertones and I would blush his little cheeks and shade more in his ears.
