Squeeze test once dried-
glue separates when flexed, so did the spackle mixture (brown) but I didnt take a picture of that
Glob of caulk with sprinkles squished a bit when I pressed straight down on it and 3 sprinkles (clay) fell off
(this is before I started squeezing)
Haven’t tried to add resin yet.
Also I do not notice any reaction to the silicone caulk… not sure if there would be over time?
I am loving and appreciating you fun experiments. Do you think the shiny mode podge would drizzle nicely and stay adhered?
I dont know. I do not have any modge podge…
I just saw it in one of those videos. Maybe amazon has it reasonable. Have fun.

Resin sat for a few minutes then I added black and burnt umber acrylic… it was a little stringy…

I just found out last night that there is Deco sauce you can purchase form Japan (I think… maybe Taiwan) for crafts like that…
But I would rather use what I have for now.
I am not into alternatives, but this lady is so talented. She is so creative and these babies are so well painted. This kind of challenge looks like fun.
I have been trying to think of other ways to use this sorta look, techniques etc.
Maybe we can do high chair babies!
You know, make tiny little Cheerios or fish have them stuck to fingers and cheeks, or spaghetti, or spaghetti os. Etc.
When I first started reborning about 8-9 years ago, my aunt was making homemade candies and cakes, and wanted me to make one with chocolate on her face! I may have to try it now
