I’ve noticed all the package and things that have been shipped to me using Priority Mail hasn’t been coming on time. I literally have 3 packages that have taken 4 days instead of the promised 2-3. Usually they come early so I don’t know what is going on.

I literally have I think 4 or 5 packages that was supposed to be here today not 1 has even got to my state. Grr!!

I should get them tomorrow but of course they are delayed IDK what the heck is going on.
According to my postman they won’t guarantee 2-3 day delivery any longer. They don’t have a reason they just won’t
My Husband is a post master. If it does not arrive on time and keeps happening, something is wrong at your local level. Always track packages to see where delay is so you can find out where problem stems from. All my orders(6) last week got there in two days, even across the U.S.

Really! Even with Priority Mail!? You’re paying for 1-3 day shipping. I don’t think that is fair or makes much sense. I didn’t even realize that Express was also 1-3 days. I guess that is the only one that will be guaranteed. Even my first class packages haven’t been arriving on time.
Thank you. I look into it. I don’t think it my local local post office the one that delivers the mail and packages but the local one before that. They hold the packages forever or it takes a really long time for them to get it. Usually my packages either to go to 2 different local postal offices one or the other then gets taken to the “delivery” postal office. One takes forever and the other is really quick. It nuts because one is like 45 minutes away and they take forever. The other is 2 hours away and they are quick. I don’t understand.
If an express package is not delivered on time, they refund the shipping, not so for priority. I would continue to track your packages, and if you see the local postoffice continually delay the packages, call them directly to see what the issue may be. Make sure you have tracking numbers!!! They wont even try to help without them.
I actually don’t even go through my husbands P.O., its too far. I do carrier pick up and a Package sent Friday (priority) to Hawaii, is arriving there today and Im in NY.

I’ve never had problems with the PO, but I’ve heard similar stories. Hope you get it sorted out.

They say they cannot guarantee three days but they sure charge for it! I had two boxes going to the same person at the same address mailed at the same time and one got there on time the other took two days longer. I hate the Post Office!

@Sierra I’ll get them today!! They say out for delivery YAY. I literally have like 5 other packages coming today because they were all delayed. Yikes!! My mailman/woman is going to be angry.

The only trouble ive ever had was actually kits from BB during holiday time, took forever. International shipping through PO only has taken a week or less. Some German kits Ive ordered have gotten here in three days!! Guess Im just lucky…lol. Plus Ive compared UPS and Fex Ex…talk about prices!!! Plus some UPS destinations actually drop off packages they cannot or will not deliver to, to the post office. Then your stuck with no tracking number, as if they do this the PO creates one of their tracking numbers and UPS does not notify you of this.
Just a tip. If you are shipping Priority, sometimes its cheaper to use your own box instead of flat rate depending on destination. Saves some $$.
I love the 22x10x6 boxes from Uline. They are great for babies, and have extra room to ship Layette.

I usually don’t have trouble with USPS either but I just noticed that some packages have been taken longer to arrive than the estimated and “Priority” date. I’m sure it probably is my local post offices.
International packages I usually don’t have trouble with. Like from China it takes months!! DO NOT order from China unless it is necessary.
It took sometime to figure out that it is cheaper to ship in your own boxes at times.
