Gel in curly hair?

I have a question. Can I use a light gel in curly mohair to help keep the curls neat on the head?
I have naturally curly hair and I use gel to keep the curls neat. I just wondered if I Can do the same for mohair.

I’ve done it before. I just got some alcohol free hair gel and mixed a dab of it with some water in a little spray bottle. Then I sprayed a generous amount of it on the hair and styled/curled it the way I wanted. When it dried, the curls stayed!

Awesome. That’s what I do to my own hair. Otherwise just touching it turns it into a frizzball. Lol

This is my natural hair. Lol!!!

Good to know I can also fix the curls on a reborn head.

They have hair products for babies???

The girl who lives with us was putting gobs of actual moose in her newborns hair, I told her it wasn’t good for the baby and then all her hair started tofall out. I think that was a coincidence but she stopped putting harsh chemicals on her newborn

And I just Apply a small amount on baby brush

I used it when I had portrait babies to do and they had just a few curls in specific places. My only choice was to use straight hair and curl the parts I wanted using rollers and hair gel. It works.

Ah, that’s baby oil in gel form. Not hair gel. I was thinking someone up and started making hair products for infants. Maybe there’s a multimillion dollar market for that

Here is what I use

It is inexpensive at dollar general and works well with a bit of water, then scrunch hair

You have Beautiful hair

I do it all the time. I do use an alcohol free gel, and just a tiny bit so it doesn’t dry and flake on the vinyl. It is really nice when you are shipping a baby so they don’t arrive with fuzzy bed head.

Thank you. I grew up hating my hair because I never knew how to care for it. ( my mother has straight hair )
But I’ve learned to care for it and love it with time.

Exactly. I used curly mohair. So it curls on its own. But I don’t want him to go home and show up with a head full of frizz. Lol

I bought this awhile back, I was looking for a pic of ingredients but coming up empty handed. I found it at cvs and it smells like a baby. No alcohol, I think its safe.
