Etsy. You can find lots of them for great prices. I know some ladies make their own, buying the fabric themselves and dying it with “kool aid”.

I bought some cheesecloth in assorted colors at Hobby Lobby. It was around 2.50 and gave me enough for a wrap and matching headband.
