First baby lost in mail!

Settle down, I’m not trying to be rude, but mail delivery is sometimes difficult especially when random things slow down the routes or people are away from home when the mail arrives and a signature is needed. Neither of these things are catastrophic and they can be worked out easily by either USPS or the addressee.
This is all a part of doing business online and you have to learn to trust the postal system. It’s not perfect, but it’s pretty darn good and things usually get where they are supposed to go even if it takes a few days more than you expect.
There will be times you don’t ever hear from the buyers about whether or not they got the doll and if they like it too. But that too is just a part of selling reborns to people you don’t know who live in far away places.
Do your part and pack everything securely and take photos as you pack so you have an accurate record of what was in the box. Mail within the time frame you promised, be sure and get full insurance and signature on delivery and then let it go. You’ll wear yourself out worrying otherwise!
The first few times you mail a reborn to someone are usually the hardest. You’ll get used to how it works soon and hopefully you’ll start to see that USPS is a good thing!

As everybody else said it is unlikely that the buyer will not pick their parcel up. IF that happened, I would then ask them if they want to pay for postage again so it could be sent again, or if they want to cancel the sale and get refund of their payment minus the postage and some handling/re-listing fee.
