Does anyone know how to use the multi needle rooting tools? I was excited and purchase one with 3 needles and one with 5 and they aren’t penetrating the vinyl. Should I warm the head first? How does anyone use these? Are there any helpful videos out there? I feel like I just wasted money. Please help.
I tried the 3 one and didn’t have much luck. So I took out 2 needles and use the pen with just 1 needle
