How in the world do I get the eyes in on Autumn Lau? The hole in her neck is so small, and her eyes are squinty. Any tips?

I have looked on youtube but cant find anything… can someone show me how? Either how to get the eyes inserted thru a small hole or how to use forceps?
I can’t get the eyes in another Ping Lau sculpt…the neck holes are sooo narrow, I’m worried how I will seal the hair 
I’ve done some Secrist heads before where the hole in the neck was tiny, I used an exact knife to make it larger. Not sure if it will work with yours or not.
