I received my Imani kit and it has no left arm! I called BB and had to leave a message, then I sent them a message via their “contact us” link but I have not heard back from them. Anyone have any ideas on what I should do next? I really don’t want to make a one armed doll, lol.

It’s Christmas Eve and they’re a family oriented company. I’m certain that you will hear back from them on Monday if not sooner. They have great customer service and will make it right.

Wait till Monday. They are humans too and should be allowed to be with their families for Christmas.

I actually contacted them on Monday and Tuesday, not today. Hopefully they will get back to me next week.

Has anyone got this kit? If so what did you think of it?
I think it is quite cute but I’m not wild about the mouth. I understand that little girls like to be able to put a bottle or paci in their baby’s mouths but I’ve never been a huge fan of open mouth dolls.

What about the painting? I would be trying to put my spin on it I’m sure anyways. I don’t think I would like the eyebrows.
I didn’t like the eyebrows either so I removed and repainted them, did some shading and mottling, and added more hair around the face on all 3 of the kits I bought and I think they turned out quite cute. I’m excited for my little granddaughter to come over so we can “play babies” together.
