A friend from church gifted me several Tamie Yarie kits and a few other kits. I haven’t been able to figure out who this one is? (It is not a Yari)

I was telling Janan that I really feel it’s a Toby Morgan sculpt but it’s so weird it doesn’t have any markings.
Those hands do not look like Toby Morgan hands though…
I looked at all of Toby’s sculpts and no match…
The lady had a bunch of Tamie Yari kits, but in looking at her s ulpts, I don’t find one with a tongue showing like this one?
