This is why so many people need to research before picking an artist, if they donāt like your style then nothing you can do will fix that. Some people canāt be pleased no matter how hard you try. This is a very pretty baby! Sell her to someone who will love her. Personally I would refund the customer and move on. To start all over on a new sculpt, especially when she didnāt like the first one (and why? Sheās beautiful!) Chances are she may not the second. Just a thought, have you searched the buyers name in groups to see if other artist have had similar experiences with her?

Do you know her or is this an online order? If itās online politely tell her you have thought about it carefully and you donāt think you can make another kit. The one you made is beautiful and the hair is outstanding

Like many already said, that customer might not be happy with anything.
Save yourself from trouble and stress and refund her money. That baby will definitely sell as it is. She is so lovely!

I just want to emphasize, the customer is a very sweet lady, and not a scammer in any way. She just wants it done differently. But I am done with customs (once I finish the orders I have 
) lol. Iām just not physically, mentally, financially, whatever, able to deal with it all.

Try not to be so discouraged. Her mommy will find and love her. I would take out āSend me any and all offers, need sold ASAPā. JMO, and I get it, but it sounds kind of desperate and I donāt want you to get offers that are insulting (and you will because sheās lovely) when youāre already feeling so low.

Just tell her youāre not making customs any more but that youāll have other babies available from time to time. You donāt have to explain any further than that. That leaves it open to her buying one youāve painted in your style, and gives you an out if she ever likes one and tries to get you to tweak it for her.

I think her creasing looks fantastic, some people cannot be pleased which I unfortunately learned from taking digital art commissions for a number of years. :\
