That’s crazy. In the future I would state that minor repairs might be free but if its a major repair you charge a set price. I can’t believe she would allow her daughter to abuse it like she did. My 2 1/2 year old treats her reborns gently. She has dropped them occasionally and I’m sure they have been dragged around too. But they still look as good as the day I gave them to her almost 2 yrs ago. Pic of her first set I just took.

I cant speak for other air dry paints on these dolls, but I can tell you that babyfx does not come off. I have a box full of messed up doll parts that have been rubbed with alcohol and scrubbed with soft scrub and theres stil paint on them.
