Curly hair- Where to buy

I’m looking for a good place to get curly hair that looks like this-

I’m hoping to not have to spend an arm and a leg either. Brown is preferred. I know a lot of places have “curly hair” but it’s really just wavy… I want to make sure I get actually curly hair.
