Ok, so! Now that ive been crocheting for a bit, i got this crazy idea to experiment with a crochet’ cuddle body…id most likely use a chenille yarn for squishyness…but what do you guys think about it? Wacky idea? Id have to find some pretty thick nylons to make sure beads dont come out ect and it would be for me personally unless of course it works out great id possibly use it in the future for cuddles dolls with an alternative to sewn bodies.

I am afraid that with the weight the yarn will be loosing up and stretch after some time. That’s may be worth a try.

I like that the limbs have better shape than the sewn bodies…might be worth a try!!!

Also, the yarn isn’t elastic enough to give the right movement. I make weighted plushies and can never get them as poseable as I want because the yarn doesn’t move the way fabric does.

I found a pattern im gonna mess with on my 12 days off from work! If it doesnt work out ill just finish the adorable doll as a amigurumi project
