Cookie question

I am getting ready to complete my Cookie kit. Should I weight her head or not? I am afraid over time she will slump over. Any input?

I don’t weight the heads of my toddler kits. I have done Kitten, Ladybug and Stormy, and none of them have weight in their heads. I find that they do slump forward if they’re weighted, but that’s just my personal preference

If you weight the head, it will slump down. I was hard-headed and put some weight in the base of the head of my Grant and ended up taking it out because of the slumping issue.

I did a first, but then I took it apart because it was too heavy🙂

I only added a little fluffy stuffing. Still paranoid about head having a little filling. But I didn’t add any glass beads or anything else.

I just stuff my bigger dolls heads full of fibrefill…that is all I use…!!

I only used the poly-fil in my cookie.

We weight our newborns so they will slump because newborns can’t hold up their heads. Toddlers hold there heads up so they don’t need weight there. It is easy to get enough weight into the body and arms and legs to make them feel realistic.
